Lunchtime drinking! Cold sake, the best day of the year.
On a day like this, I want to have something shuwa😋.
It is a supreme time to go to the sake shop and choose which one to welcome you.
Local contract rice, Akitsuho, is used. Cosy and "the origin of Kaze no Mori" sake is here. It is unfiltered, unfiltered, unblended sake. Fresh but with a sweetness and aroma like dried grapes.
It is light and gaseous with a mild flavor made with super soft water. A happy time in the late afternoon. I'm glad I worked hard this week too - let the gloom melt away!
