一本義 仙介🇺🇦It is made by Tsubosaka Sake Brewery in Himeji, though it is called "Suma".
Is it a private brand or something?
When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness comes in gently and smoothly. There is nothing metallic about it.
The spiciness that follows the sweetness disappears gently in the aftertaste, but the grape-like aroma lingers until the very end, lingering!
It is said to have a Sake meter of +15, but is it really that hot?
I was surprised at how mellow it was, not like it was super dry!
(That's all I have to say. (The above is from a tasting memo I wrote while saying "I'm listening!" to the beautiful M. Kusetsuyo.)
Suma sake made in Himeji is a very strange sake, with a somewhat unexpected taste.
The usual "talk" contest between the Kusetsuyo beauty squad is still going on... 唯It's a liquor store limited edition sake made by a liquor store asking the brewery to make it for them.
The aroma is thin, sweet, and gorgeous.
If you drink it, you will get a sweet taste at first, and then a tangy, bitter taste on your tongue. ......... The aftertaste is not very good😥.
I think it would be better if it was heated up. I think I'll try drinking the rest of it hot later.
I'm not sure. It's not very tasty cold (how many times do I have to say it lol).
My tongue has been a little stiff lately, so it's no good. I can't praise sake that doesn't taste good 🤣.
It's a matter of taste. It can not be helped.
I've drunk so much sake that I've come to have a preference, I'm impressed. It's been about a year and a half since I started to like sake. That's fast! I'll keep drinking sake at my own pace from now on😄. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
