It is made by Tsubosaka Sake Brewery in Himeji, though it is called "Suma".
Is it a private brand or something?
When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness comes in gently and smoothly. There is nothing metallic about it.
The spiciness that follows the sweetness disappears gently in the aftertaste, but the grape-like aroma lingers until the very end, lingering!
It is said to have a Sake meter of +15, but is it really that hot?
I was surprised at how mellow it was, not like it was super dry!
(That's all I have to say. (The above is from a tasting memo I wrote while saying "I'm listening!" to the beautiful M. Kusetsuyo.)
Suma sake made in Himeji is a very strange sake, with a somewhat unexpected taste.
The usual "talk" contest between the Kusetsuyo beauty squad is still going on...
