It has a fruity aroma reminiscent of pears on the nose and an extremely smooth, silky touch on the palate. The fruity sweetness is balanced by a clear and transparent taste, with no cloying taste, thanks to the extremely high milling rate of 17% polished rice. Elegant acidity enhances the pleasantly extended aftertaste. This is certainly a perfection that can be called a luxury experience!
