I opened the bottle with excitement at the warning to open the bottle. It didn't blow out, but when I poured it into the transparent cup, there was a hazy orikara and small bubbles that sounded as if they were going to make a sound.

In the mouth, it has a gentle peach-like sweetness and a pleasant aroma reminiscent of flowers that tickles the nostrils. It is delicious. Although it is an unfiltered, unfiltered, raw sake, it is easy to drink with an alcohol content of only 15 degrees.
