BrubeckShimousa is Yokoshibahikari, and we tasted sake from the Aoyagi Sake Brewery. The sake was made by Aoyagi Shuzo, a sake brewer in Yokoshibakari, Shimousa, Japan.
It was a delicious sake with a refreshing taste, but with a strong core of umami. hoshiakiJunmai 🍶.
Gentle and mild☺️, moderately dry. It also has sweetness 😋. Pleasant taste👍.

This is the first time I've been to Ichiken Fugetsu, which has opened in the Chiba Station Building and offers 28 brands of Chiba sake. 1650 yen for 60 minutes is all you can drink. It has a refreshing aroma, and when you take a sip, it's rather rich and full. It's rich and full. It's dry with a clean aftertaste.
I couldn't find the brewery registration 😭 It's from Aoyagi Brewery in Yamatake County, Chiba Prefecture.
