To put it bluntly, the remaining "Kinena! is probably a combination of two brands, Isehikari and Omachi, from the "KINENA!
It is a nama-shu, but it has none of the freshness and none of the nama-shu feel. It has a calm, mellow, half-baked flavor.
Yamana-san often blends unsold bottles, but I don't dislike this kind of sake.
