Today it will be Hananobun.
It is a Miyagi Prefecture sake.
It was my first time to buy this brand and I had no prior knowledge of it, but I liked the label so I bought it.
When I opened the bottle, it has a very gorgeous aroma.
I thought it would be full-flavored fruity, but it was not that much, and the sweetness was moderate and dry.
My impression was that it was a dry food sake with a fairly robust flavor.
I think it would be delicious with sashimi.
