Narutaki Sake Brewery's Taki is located in Karatsu City, Saga Prefecture.
The Narutaki Brewery has a strong image of Jyuraku Taikoh and rice shochu Ookaratsu, but this was my first visit to Taki.
This is the first time for me to taste Taki.
The aroma is slightly ginjo.

After that, there is the umami of rice and sweetness.
The spiciness comes at the end and it has a nice sharpness.

All the local regulars used to drink a keep bottle of shochu 😁I used to drink only shochu in restaurants until I started drinking sake 😅It's mainstream to put a bottle of shochu in a bar 😭
