★★★★★ Pineapple aroma. Sweet and sour and rich. It doesn't say anything about it and it looks like junmai sake, but it needs to be refrigerated, so is it junmai ginjo? (The store owner said it was junmai ginjo.) This is delicious.

Sake purchased at a sake brewery during a GW road trip🍶. Igaya Sake Brewery in Nakano City, Nagano Prefecture, famous for Iwashimizu. The "MARS" and "GOWARINGO" (sweet, easy to drink, and tastes like it's not sake anymore), which uses up to 50% koji rice, are particularly impressive. It is a small sake brewery, and when I went there, they did not have any brands that I knew, but I bought a bottle of "Nakano Tsuchibina" just for the sake of it. The sweetness spreads quickly, but has a nice sharpness afterwards. The first sip is sweet, so it's good for a daily sip. This is a sake that rarely gets a hit on social networking sites. It was worth the trip to the brewery.
