The "MARS" and "GOWARINGO" (sweet, easy to drink, and tastes like it's not sake anymore), which uses up to 50% koji rice, are particularly impressive.
It is a small sake brewery, and when I went there, they did not have any brands that I knew, but I bought a bottle of "Nakano Tsuchibina" just for the sake of it.
The sweetness spreads quickly, but has a nice sharpness afterwards.
The first sip is sweet, so it's good for a daily sip.
This is a sake that rarely gets a hit on social networking sites.
