My mother-in-law received this sake as a gift when she traveled to Kobe.
I was very happy to see that it was a limited edition sake from Hakutsuru Sake Brewery.
It is a honjozo sake, so there is no ginjo aroma, but it is very easy to drink with a clean taste and a hint of rice flavor. It was a pleasant sake with some tanginess, but it was a pleasant sake. ☺️
