FUJIYAMA
Today's sake was brewed by Shiga Prefecture's Shirakeshiki brewery, Elements of life❗️ using the flower yeast Sakura and the sake rice Watabune No. 2.
The aroma is slightly sweet. ❗️ When I took a sip, it was a bit stiff and I thought it would be better to warm it up, so I heated it in the microwave at 40 degrees Celsius to human skin. The aroma is less sweet than before warming up❗️ and when I took a sip, I felt a dense texture and a vigorous tingling sensation on the tip of my tongue❗️ and the spiciness and aroma of the sake must on the nose❗️The complexity is interesting❗️I would definitely like to try heated sake as well⭕️
