Yesterday was a nice day for a walk! There is a cherry blossom alley near my parents' house, and the double-flowered cherry trees are so beautiful🌸.
Well, on such a nice day, I bought this! Nemuchi-san bought it because she was curious about it!
Fuji Masamune brewed by Onuma Shuzo, famous for Kenkunichi! The concept of Kenkonichi is to make a sake that doesn't interfere with food, while Fujimasamune has a slightly higher glucose content, making it more of a sake that can be enjoyed on its own. And what can I say, I wanted to drink "Sake Mirai" sake this time (lol)!
The aroma is mild, with hints of raichi and apple. When drunk cold, it has a beautiful sweetness and umami. The aftertaste is firm and delicious. When it is left a little longer, it has more umami, better sweetness, and a touch of bitterness. It is more delicious 😄I guess this Sake Mirai is characterized by its sweetness and umami. And the sweetness is just beautiful. The sweetness is like a Japanese sweet (lol)!

We also had another Fuji Masamune last year 😋 It was a refreshing fruity dry one, but this one has a beautiful sweet taste 🤗.
