Rice: 20% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, 80% Hashu Honor from Yamagata Prefecture
Polishing ratio: 50%.
The first time I drank a Kangiku Meikozo sake and fell in love with it was when I drank the 2023 Hanezu Honor 50.
It had a fruity aroma, a sweet taste, and a refreshing aftertaste due to the slight carbonation.
It was as delicious as ever.
It seems that this sake is usually released in late December, so I would like to buy it again at the end of this year.
