I found myself drinking three Kanto region sakes in a row... I changed my mind and ordered a dry but never-seen-before sake.
◉族 ZOKU Junmai-shu Hiyoroshi
I had never seen or heard of this sake before, and when I looked at the label I realized it was from the Zoku brewery in Wakayama Prefecture. It's a little refreshing. Clear without sweetness. I didn't really feel the maturity of hiyaoroshi.
I have never had Zouga either.
