As a souvenir of our little trip to Kyoto, we carefully selected this one to take home from the local sake corner of Isetan.
(At Haneda Shuzo, the more fruity Daiginjo "Hatsunode" seems to be more popular, but after talking with the shop assistant, I arrived at this one and bought it)
When I tried it immediately... it was a crisp, clear Junmai Ginjo Genshu that didn't interfere with the meal. The alcohol content is a little high, but it's crisp! You can drink it with a crispness. It's delicious!
