さけざん
One of the Japan Meimon Sake Club's hanpukai
Aroma: Aroma of ginjo, not too strong and not too weak, like a melon.
The mouthfeel is soft and smooth.
A hint of cedar in the nose.
A little sourness like a lemon lingers on the tongue.
The label says it's 16%.
I guess it's a pure sake so the alcohol content must be high, but it's easy to drink.
