It is a limited edition sake (supposed to be) for the sake gate association. I will have it for the first time.
The entrance has a clear, gentle, sweet rice aroma.
In the mouth, the clear and beautiful mouthfeel is based on a tight acidity, and the gentle sweetness of the rice is accompanied by a slight umami flavor. The finish is tight.
It was the last of the amount of sake that was at the bottom of the bottle, but it was a solid taste that didn't seem so ✨.
