When my friend from Akita came back to Japan, she gave me some local Akita sake as a souvenir 😆.
I had never seen "Ginmon" before, but it was from Ryoseki Sake Brewery ❗Ryoseki Sake Brewery has so many kinds of sake 😋I'm so happy to have the first one ✌.
I'd say it's modern classical or moist and delicious ❗It's also good 😋It has a nice local sake feel to it! But I would like to try the normal version with mosaic next time 😚.
