At my favorite izakaya (Japanese pub), I get Horikoshi, which can only be drunk here.
It has a sweet and sour mouthfeel with a firm aftertaste, but not too strong. It goes well with fermented foods and meat. It is a sake with a wide range of snacks that you will never get tired of drinking.
This time, I paired it with the handmade salted squid that was recommended to me.
