We bought it not at our usual neighborhood liquor store, but at our friend, Yamaya. It is said to have won a gold medal at the Wineglass Tasty Sake Awards. But we will drink it with a sake cup.
Slightly effervescent, sweet but with a clean aftertaste. The umami is a little bit more subdued. I see, it looks like it would be great in a wine glass 🤣.
