OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024⑥ I left the venue once to have lunch and tried Yangtze River Ramen nearby. It was light for me who likes it rich 😅. Back again to the Yomiuri Shimbun booth. Toranoo Daiginjo. The aroma was fruity, but the mouthfeel was clean, and the moment it passed through my tongue, it had a strong tangy taste, and the aftertaste was very spicy. It is an orthodox dry classical sake. While I was drinking this, bouken legend arrived and joined us.

OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024①. An event hosted by Kansai Television held at Ogimachi Park. I was curious about this event because there were many sake breweries I didn't know about, but I decided to go there after hearing the information from Nemuchi who went there before me. After we arrived and met up, Nemuchi-san gave me this sake 😁. There are many sake breweries in Ehime that I don't know about. I had never heard of Nishimoto Sake Brewery's Toranoo. It's like an orthodox daiginjo. Quite classical. Quite refreshing.
