This Junmai Ginjo-shu is not a "wine-like" sake, but rather a sake that takes sake to new heights. It is accented with an astringency that has never been found in conventional sake, and its aroma is like a combination of banana and grape. It is a very easy-drinking sake.
The color is a bit yellowish. The design is modern but more sake-like than expected. As described, it has an astringent taste and aroma, so the first sip was different from usual, but as you drink it, it is more sake than expected. I like it.
