The skilled blenders have blended multiple bottles of sake brewed from the highest quality Yamadanishiki from the "Grand Cru" (special class field), so to speak, with the high skills inherited from the brewery.
The full-bodied sweetness and bitterness, freshness and roundness, are all combined in a gorgeous appearance and spread out on the palate.
