It has a slightly sweet flavor and astringency, but also has the smoothness that only honjozo sake can have.
It is suitable for warming up, and the astringency increases, which increases the variety of food items it can be served with.
Kami-Sen is good, but the Honjozo is also good!
I had never heard of this brewery, and it just happened to be on the way to Hakata from Chikuho City Tour, so I thought I'd give it a try, but it has become a new favorite!
The atmosphere in Chikuho was great, and I fell in love with Fukuoka all over again!
