Ginjiro - Sake from the storehouse Sake Brewer : Meijo Shuzo Co. Alcoholic strength: 13-14 degrees Polishing ratio: not disclosed? price : 300ml, about 400yen Pairing : Salad of pea and egg with yuzu pepper The aroma is not particularly strong, but has a light and refreshing scent. The taste is sweet and refreshing, with a short aftertaste, very fresh and delicious. It doesn't interfere with the food, but has a good flavor... Personal Evaluation A I thought it could be an "S", but the alcohol taste was surprisingly apparent. It's definitely tasty and not a disappointment, but if you have a chance to drink it, do it. I think everyone will appreciate it to some extent, but I don't think it's one of the best for everyone.... But if this is an option, drinking it is really possible.

This is the first time I have tasted fresh stored sake, but I can't really tell the difference. I wonder if there is such a thing as a daiginjo of fresh-stored sake, which is very tasty. I'll check later. I won't buy this one myself next time.
