The taste was totally different from what I imagined from the label.
It was very typical of the Imadaiji Sake Brewery, or Niigata, in any case, with a refreshingly dry taste. The aroma is crisp and the aftertaste is refreshing. This spring, it is just like a fresh, hard-working member of society, lol.
