A doburoku from Tadami, Fukushima Prefecture. Like a juice, it has a strong sweetness with a clean aftertaste. Sweet sake tends to be tart, but this is a good sake that does not make you tired of drinking!

Tangy! It stays in the mouth! Spreads to the mouth! The spiciness spreads! It's spicy! That's what I'm left with.
The smell is soft, soft melt-in-your-mouth, but the aftertaste doesn't leave that much of an aftertaste, it's a little bit stuck in your throat, and it's going to make you feel bad drunk!
