The 15th sake brewery in Gifu Prefecture.
The main brand of Adachi Shuzo, a sake brewery founded in the late Edo period, located in Gifu City.
It is the original "all-Gifu sake. Only Hidahomare, water, and yeast produced in Gifu are used for this locally produced and locally consumed sake.
The president of the brewery is the only person in charge of everything from brewing to bottling. It is produced in small quantities, so it may be a rare bottle.
We found it at an Aeon liquor store in Gifu City and bought it.
It has a fruity aroma, strong acidity, and a flavor not found in other sake.
It is a type of sake to be drunk as a mealtime drink rather than as a stand-alone sake.
