つよぽん
It has been a long time since I last visited the famous Akagi Sake.
This is another sake from the Sei Shuzo brewery, but this time under the "Akagi no Megumi" brand recommended by Maebashi City.
I think I like "Meibo Akagi" better than "Kantou no Hana" of the same Sei Shuzo brewery.
It is available at the nearby "Kaze Line Fujimi" for ¥1,540- (tax included).
The aroma, sweetness and gassiness are stronger than Kanto-no-Hana.
Sourness is less than that of Kanto-no-Hana. It has a very slight bitterness.
I have already repeated it many times, and I like it.
It tastes good on the second day, but deterioration is undeniable. To put it better, it becomes more mild and angular. The gasiness is comparable to that immediately after opening the bottle.
