This is a -9 Raku no se that was drunk in parallel with the +19 Takachiyo.
The first sip was a little sweet, but after the second sip, it didn't bother me at all. The deep flavor, unique taste, and acidity behind the sweetness were pleasant.
The second half of the glass, I tried heating the sake, but it was too much. Then I fell asleep....
Raku-no-sei could not be registered as Raku-no-sei...?
