This sake is from Yamatake city (former Matsuo town) in Chiba prefecture near Kujukuri beach. It has a refreshing taste, and since it has been brewed once, it is easy to drink because it is free from the harshness of the original sake. It has a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and is suitable for drinking during meals.
The dish is omelette, mentaiko potesara, boiled potherb mustard, and chilled tomato.
