I went to the Tenzan Early Summer Brewery Biraki 2025.
And here is one of the 🍶 I got.
It's frozen 🍶 and is it called "frozen raw sake"? This is the first time I've seen this sake in this state 👀‼.
I brought it home wrapped in the refrigerant I had brought with me, so it was only slightly melted when I got home ✨I tried it right away.
It was the first time I had ever tasted super cold sake that was more than perfectly chilled, so it was very fresh! It was cold!
But as soon as I put it in my mouth, I was surprised by the full aroma and flavor!
Delicious!
I wonder if this is the taste of freshly pressed sake from the brewery, it was very, very delicious ✨🍶✨.
