Nanka Yokai
Sake for the opening of the year 2026.
Bright doburoku. Happy Taro-san asked us about doburoku, and we were curious about the pink doburoku from Sakata Brewery.
There was also a white one, but I chose this one because of the pop-up saying that it took an extraordinary amount of effort to produce the pink color.
It was very New Year-like when I thought about it. I realized that it was a bit like New Year's.
It is fruity and refreshing! I wonder if it is called pink yeast. It might be good to try drinking only the top clear.
It's low al, but for some reason I felt it was a bit harsh and it was good with a little carbonation 🍓.
I'm glad I could drink it with my relatives who came to visit me.
