パーム農家
Yongjikan Blue Spring Sake purchased at the "Matsuda Cherry Blossom Festival" in Matsuda-machi. It has a fresh, ramune-like scent. The fleeting sweetness typical of spring sake is well complemented by the refreshing acidity and astringency, making it taste exactly like ramune.
Are the Kawazu cherry blossoms and rape blossoms on the label symbolic of spring in Matsuda and Yamakita towns? This visit to the Cherry Blossom Festival made me feel more familiar with sake from the nearby Nakazawa Sake Brewery and Kawanishiya Sake Brewery.
