The word "Ura" is written in Japanese and reads "Ura".
I found the most memorable brand among the dozen or so I drank at the Sakenowa off-line meeting @ Yotsuya Sanchome a few months ago in Furusato, so I ordered it.
It's a set of both a draft and a fire-aged sake of the same specs, so we opened them at the same time and compared the drinks: ✌️
The Nama-shu has an aroma like white bean flour, and the attack is thinner than I imagined. After a moment of delay, a moderate wildness with rice flavor and acidity emerges, and the impression at the end of the drink is rather strong😄.
I think the sake I had at the offline meeting was an aged Asahi rice sake, so my impression is a little different, but it's a delicious gutsy 😙.
