We opened a bottle of cool summer sake with a goldfish of "Onogawa Tenka", the first brand we came across at a liquor store we visited on a short trip.
It has an impressive light taste with a clean and crisp acidity. It will be a good partner for dishes that require a squeeze of lemon. It also seems to go well with summer vegetables.
It is a bottle that is different from the usual liquor store. Delicious ‼️
