The owner recommended it to me and I drank it.
He said it was an unusual sake.
It combines the goodness of a junmai sake with the goodness of a daiginjo, it was very easy to drink and didn't fight with food.
It was crisp, yet somehow sweet.
However, if possible, I'd like you to taste the sake alone or with just a snack.
But still, I feel again.
There is a lot of good sake in the world.
Of course you taste it with your mouth, your stomach and your nose, but it's good to taste it with your eyes as well.
I'm drawn to the labels and excited about a sake I've never tasted before, but after all, sake is the best!
