OTOKOYAMA GORILLA LABEL Junmai Daiginjo Nigori Akaban Omachi Slightly Sparkling Nama Sake.
This is a very rare Junmai Daiginjo Nigori Akaban Omachi, a specimen with a label of two gorillas, which was created as a result of a problem with a yabuta (a pig).
The fresh and crisp mouthfeel, lactic acidity, and mild sweetness are interestingly different from the direction of expression of Hououmida's Daichi Akaban Omachi that we had yesterday!
