A colleague gave it to me, a cat owner and sake lover. This is the first time I have tasted this brand.
It has a strong ginjo aroma, but more than that, it has a "strong" flavor. The rice flavor, acidity, bitterness, and sharpness were amazing. As one would expect from a 17 degree Celsius bottle.
In a good sense, it might be better to drink it without any preconceived notions that it is a junmai daiginjo.
