Shigeke Shuzo of Iki, Nagasaki, sells Ikinahakarai Nama Sake to local supermarket Elena. It is a must-try sake when you visit Nagasaki. It is fresh and juicy. There is also a non-nama sake version, but I prefer this one. I would like to visit Iki someday.

Shigeya Shuzo in Iki, Nagasaki, released "Ikinahakarai Junmai Ginjo" only for the local supermarket Elena in Nagasaki. Although it is a shochu brewery, it is very delicious because it is the brewery which has produced famous sake such as "Yokoyama Goju" and "Yokoyama". It is fruity, not too sweet and not too spicy. If you come to Nagasaki, please buy it!
