I bought this sake after the sake shop owner told me that it tastes a bit monotonous when drunk as it is, but it is very tasty with sashimi and other seafood.
I was a little nervous about the sake's sake content of +20, but I enjoyed it with sashimi and grilled salted mackerel.
It was not as spicy as I thought it would be, but rather smooth, crisp, and dry... I thought it was a sake that would enhance the taste of seafood.
