When I travel, I always end up buying sake that I had never seen before. This one was apparently a brand from Akita Prefecture. It was a sake that was easy to drink without any peculiarities, or at worst, it was a sake that was hard to distinguish its characteristics. While drinking it, I looked up the name of the brewery and found that it was from the Isshaku Suisei brewery.
