Today's sake is the same barrel aged and blamed sake as the sake entered in the Shinshu Meisho sake competition, which is famous for the sake names of Takizawa and Ting in Ueda, Nagano Prefecture, which I have enjoyed drinking before. ❗️ Moreover, the sake entered in the competition is fired, but this one is a raw sake. ❗️❗️
The aroma is a fruity sweet aroma of ginjo❗️ and when you take a sip, it has a mild texture on the tongue followed by a tangy raw feeling❗️ and then the fruity aroma leaves your nose and a little bitterness comes in❗️It is a good sake as a food sake⭕️
