Fukura Junmai Daiginjo, Fukura Shuzo, Tottori Prefecture. It was slightly yellowish green in color, with a unique rice aroma and a thin taste. The unique aroma disappears as soon as you put it in your mouth, so it is a sake that can be served with any food. I feel like I've been drinking a lot of sake that doesn't make a statement lately. (laugh).
