Took it home as a souvenir from a trip to Kyushu.
The first bite was "Hmm? Spicy and sake-like?"
But when I paired it with fatty tuna salmon sashimi and tempura, it was perfect. It cuts through the fat quickly, but the freshness of the junmai ginjo is very noticeable.
As expected of a sake served in ANA's international business class. 89
