It seems to be a Yakushiden, a Kawasaki Daishi souvenir from my wife. It seems to be a liquor store original made at the Kanai Sake Brewery, which brews Shiro Sasadzumi. The aroma is subdued and of the so-called cemedine type. The color is a dark, shiny yellow. The taste is clear and astringent with no sweetness. There is a hint of melon in the mouth. It may taste better if it is well chilled.
