We enjoyed Shimoda's local sake!
The left of the two bottles was aged for about six months at the bottom of the sea.
This one is much mellower, with less sharpness.
I drank it at room temperature, but I would have liked to try it crisp and cold.
I thought it was a nice sake, with a refreshing yet full flavor!
