I was wondering when to drink it...but...opened the bottle
When I poured it into the cup, I got the impression of more carbonation.
The aroma is white grape-like, similar to Akitsuho.
When you take a sip, you can still taste the acidity with a lot of carbonation.
After that, it tastes gently of white grapes. It disappears softly until the end.
Compared to Akitsuho, it is a gentle sake (Akitsuho gives the impression of being more voluminous).
Perhaps the taste will be different after the acidity is gone each day... drink it slowly over about 10 days (^ ^)
