I've been avoiding the big cup type, because once you open it, you have to drink the whole 300ml (not that you shouldn't)......It's hard for those of us who can't drink that much😰.
It's been 12 years since I've had a dry sake. It is a little spicy, and the taste disappears quickly, but there is a little bitterness in the aftertaste. I can't drink more.
